Erwin Bechtold (1925-2022) was a German abstract artist who lived in Spain for a large part of his life and the founder of the ‘Ibiza 59 Group’.
He has exhibited internationally including the Joan Miro Foundation and the Wilhelm-Hack-Museum, and galleries such as Lauter, Gunzenhauser, La Cité, René Métras, Juana Mordó and Galería Barcelona.
