Terms of service and delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 days. However, if you require the work by a certain date, then please contact us.

UK Delivery

Shipping for UK domestic orders is free. Items are fully insured and sent at the risk of Constance May Gallery. After your order has been dispatched we will provide you with tracking details.

International orders

International postage is £80.

You may be liable to pay local taxes and fees on imported work. Your country will have a website or customs office that can provide you with the relevant information. Unfortunately we are not able to determine in advance what these costs might be.

Returns

We only accept item returns if they are defective or damaged. You have 14 days from the receipt of delivery to send the item(s) back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to return an item at constancemaygallery@gmail.com. We will then advise on arranging an appropriate delivery method. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item via a secure and insured service. If, on receipt, we agree that the item is defective or damaged, then we will reimburse the postage costs.

Condition

Every effort has been made to describe the condition of the works offered for sale. The majority of the limited edition prints are over fifty years old and therefore some age is expected to the sheet. Please refer to the item description for specific details on the condition of particular items.
