Rune Mields (1935) is a conceptual Postwar German artist. This lithograph is representative of her work from the early 1970s where she produced a number of works focusing on cylindrical shapes. In her later work Mields created images to explore concepts such as infinity, and mathematical systems.
Hand signed, 1971, inscribed at the bottom of the image: ‘Reflektion in der Sonne, Herbstanfang’, and numbered 70/130
