Marcello Morandini (1940) is an Italian architect, sculptor, and graphic designer. He studied at the Brera Academy in Milan and then worked as an industry designer and graphic artist. For the past 60 years he has exhibited extensively worldwide, including the Venice Biennale in 1968. As an architect he has completed various projects, including a 30-meter wide square inside the INA Varese mall (1974), a 38-story Goldhill Centre in Singapore (1982) with architecture studios Mario Miraglia in Varese and Ong and Ong in Singapore. In 1993 he had his first major anthological exhibition of art and design at the Die Neue Sammlung Museum, Munich. More recently (2013) he has held two solo exhibitions at the National Museum of Bayreuth in Germany, and at the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome.
