Marcel Floris (1914-2007) was a French artist who began his career leading a large design company. He spent a significant part of his life in Venezuela, finally settling in Ibiza in the 1970s. He started exhibiting his art in the 1950s. He was interested in geometric arrangements that are represented in his sculptural work and his painting and prints. His work is held in many international art collections.
